Our Story

Sezan and Sue are experts in their field as Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourists (CCAB). They are practising members of the Association for Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC) and the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Consultants (FABC). Both are registered with the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC).

Sezan founded Oz Dogs in 2022 and was delighted to welcome Sue on board a year later, bringing together the expertise of two dedicated dog behaviour specialists. Today they work closely together, discussing cases and exchanging ideas. Their complementary skills and backgrounds spanning leadership roles in animal rescue organisations and higher education, bring a rich and continually evolving set of insights and skills to the Oz Dogs family.

Helen with ‘Brenna’ the Kerry Blue Terrier

“Highly recommend Oz Dogs. I have a very reactive, anxious girl in certain situations with some dogs. Sezan has been a huge help working with us explaining the likely causes and giving me the tools and confidence to help Brenna remain calm and less anxious.”
