Behaviour Support for Dogs Experiencing Emotionally Driven or Multifactorial Challenges

As trusted dog behaviourists with the highest level of internationally recognised qualifications combined with over 20 years lived working experience, we can help with any dog behaviour concern. We take the time to understand each dog and their circumstances on a deeper level, allowing us to offer effective, practical support that is genuinely tailored to your dog as well as your own specific needs.

Examples including dog reactivity, separation anxiety, aggression to visitors, handling issues and fighting between dogs from the same household. We help with all presentations of high emotion driven behaviours such as stress, frustration, fear and anxiety.

We take into account your dog’s history, health, and environment as well as your lifestyle and needs to adapt any plan to the individual. We help you gain a deep understanding of your dog alongside positive, practical skills to help regulate your dog’s emotions, improve their training and support them in reaching their fullest potential.

Indie reactive dog sitting on green grass, with its tongue out and eyes partially closed.

Paula, with Indy -

I was looking for support and advice with my young anxious, reactive golden retriever. I was impressed with Sezan’s knowledge and experience and that’s why I chose Oz Dogs. I am very glad I did. It was reassuring for Sezan to meet Indy and assess him after an initial in-depth virtual discussion.

Sezan gave us a clear action plan but most importantly for me, the confidence in how to manage and support Indy’s behaviour. Six months on from our last meeting with Sezan, I am so pleased with Indy’s progress. Out and about, days out, cafes, holidays, busy places with dogs, people, Indy, with our support, is able to cope much better, chill out and is much less reactive. Thank you Oz Dogs”.

Step 3 - Support For The Journey

Two dogs that had been fighting now happy nose-to-nose outdoors on a stone patio.

Sarah, with Maggie and Mavis -

Sezan came to help us with our two spaniels who weren’t getting on very well. I was at breaking point and thinking I would have to let one go and wondering how the hell you choose between your two dogs that you love equally.

Sezan gave us some strategies to put in place and continued to support us over a couple of months. The situation has been totally turned around and my girls are living very happily alongside each other.

I can’t thank Sezan enough for our outcome. I can now enjoy my dogs and they are enjoying each other. Thank you Ozdogs for being brilliant!!!
