Owner questionnaire
We would like to get to know about you and your dog before our first session. This is your opportunity to reflect on your dog’s behaviour and your goals, it takes 10 minutes to complete.

Vet referral
All dog behaviour cases must be seen under vet referral. Download this form and forward it to your vet, asking them to complete and return it to us. This allows us to work as a team to the best of our shared ability.
Emma with ‘Fizz’ the Crossbreed
“Sezan helped us to understand our dog better and helped us work together, with a clear plan, to manage our dogs anxiety related issues. I wish we had her help sooner!”
We help owners with a wide range of dog behaviour or dog training needs on a 1-1 basis; common examples of things we can help with include dog reactivity, separation anxiety, dog aggression, nervous dogs, dogs showing repetitive behaviours, handling issues and training issues such as recall, loose lead walking and boosting engagement.
